Which shipping service do you use, and what are the available shipping options?
We use MyKartero to ship orders internationally. They will forward your order to your local post office, and your local post office will be responsible for delivering it to you!
The average processing time is 1-2 weeks. Delivery usually takes 9-12 business days but can take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks during peak season. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, so if you order more than one product, additional fees will apply.
IMPORTANT: YANIRO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ensure that your orders are handed to the courier safely and in good condition, but once the package is with the courier, any issues that arise are beyond our control.
Unreceived/Return-to-Sender Orders
If an order is declared as "unsuccessful delivery" and confirmed that the parcel is on its way back to us, a refund shall be automatically processed for the buyer within 30 days.
If the refund window (180 days) already expired, we can no longer provide the refund.
Incorrect addresses input by the customer
In the event that the customer purchases an item with the incorrect delivery address and the order has already been shipped:
- The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If the item is no longer in stock, the customer will need to wait until the item returns to the seller and discuss possible solutions with the seller.
If the customer notices they have provided the wrong address before the seller has shipped the item:
- In this case, the customer must immediately message the seller with the correct delivery address so the seller can use it when shipping the item.
- If the customer is unable to notify the seller of the mistake before the item is shipped, the customer will be liable for the lost package.
